The deadline is the 15th of the month prior to publication.

For example, if you would like your ad to run in the July issue, the ad and payment would need to be received on or before June 15th.

Classified ads are placed on the website within one week of received payment and will remain there until the next issue of the magazine is available in published form.

NOTE: If preferred, ads can be posted on the website ONLY and not appear in print in the magazine. If this option is desired, the rate remains the same as listed above.

We do not invoice. Pre-payment is required. Ads will not be posted on the website or run in the magazine until payment is received. We accept check and Visa, MasterCard or American Express payments.

When constructing your print ad, keep in mind that the first word of the ad will be set in all CAPITAL letters and the rest will be in plain text.

We recommend that when advertisers place an ad for “Attorney Wanted”, that they do not put a cap on the years of experience they require for employment. We are concerned with any age discrimination implications. We recommend the ad stating, for example, four plus years’ experience or a minimum of two years’ experience, etc., instead of two to four years experience.

Bench & Bar is published 11 times per year with a paid circulation of 17,000 and a readership of 21,000. Our online Opportunity Market averages 500 hits per/day.

If you prefer to have replies sent to our office, we will establish a blind box for you. Replies will then be mailed to you on a daily basis, as they are received by our office. There is a one time additional $15.00 set up fee for this service.
