Submission Form

Deadline:
The deadline is the 15th day of the month, for publications in the following month’s magazine. For example, if you would like your ad to run in the July issue, the ad and payment would need to be received on or before June 15th.

Payment:
Pre-payment is required. We do not invoice. Ads will not be posted on website or run in the magazine until payment is received. We accept check and Visa, MasterCard or American Express payments. Advertising rates listed above cover both a website posting and printed version in the magazine.

Format:
When constructing your ad, keep in mind that the first word of the ad will be set in all CAPITAL letters and the rest will be in plain text.

On-line Ads:
Classified ads are placed on the website within one week of received payment and will remain there until the next issue of the magazine is available in published form. NOTE: If preferred, ads can be posted on the website ONLY and not appear in print in the magazine. If this option is desired, the rate remains the same as listed above.

Blind Box Reply Service:
If you prefer to have replies sent to our office, we will establish a blind box for you. Replies will then be mailed to you on a daily basis, as they are received by our office. There is a one time additional $15.00 set up fee for this service.

Note about Attorney/Position Wanted Ads:
We recommend that when advertisers place an ad for “Attorney Wanted”, that they do not put a cap on the years of experience they require for employment. We are concerned with any age discrimination implications. We recommend the ad stating, for example, four plus years’ experience or a minimum of two years’ experience, etc., instead of two to four years experience.
