We are seeking an attorney with at least 5 years employment law experience and would consider a lateral attorney with an existing practice. The position will include counseling employers on every aspect of federal and state employment laws, representing employers in employment litigation matters, guiding employers in conducting workplace investigations, advising employers on reasonable accommodation and FMLA issues, advising employers on wage and hour practices, drafting employee handbooks, employment policies, separation agreements, disciplinary memoranda,  employment contracts, non-compete agreements, and independent contractor agreements. The candidate should possess excellent academic credentials and must have interest in applying skills representing business clients.  Candidates must be licensed in Wisconsin.

If you possess strong leadership skills, excellent writing and oral communication skills, strong social skills, a desire to be part of a thriving community, and a proven record of building client relationships, you are the individual Ruder Ware is looking for. The ideal candidate must also be comfortable working as a team member utilizing paralegal and other staff to assist in exceeding client expectations.
